This water-based formula is safer for the environment, non-flammable, and contains less than 1% VOCs. Prepare the Surface: 1. Wire brush the surface to remove all loose, flaky rust, but do not brush down to bare metal. 2. Wipe away debris with a cloth, brush, or air pressure. 3. Ensure that all grease and oil are completely removed from the surface. 4. Rinse the surface thoroughly.

Application: 1. Stir the product thoroughly until a smooth, even consistency is obtained. 2. Apply the product with a brush, roller, or sprayer, making sure the metal surface is uniformly covered. 3. For spray application, dilute the product with up to 15% water to a 0.5-1 mil dry film thickness.
